Prior to the Lord’s calling him into the ministry, Joel was a comedian in western Canada. After coming to Christ, he entered into full-time ministry in North Carolina and later moved home to serve as youth and young adult pastor at a Calvary Chapel here in Calgary before eventually planting Mountain Springs. He teaches in person in Cochrane each Sunday.
Tim recently joined Mountain Springs having spent over a decade pastoring a successful church plant back in the UK. His passion for God’s word, worship leading and walking alongside people is a great fit for our wonderful Cochrane Campus. Married for nearly 30 years, Tim and his lovely wife Rachel have three grown boys and they now live in the beautiful town of Cochrane, a community they are passionate about seeing reached for Jesus!
