We know walking into a new church can feel intimidating. Here is what to expect.

Arrive

Pull up, park, and our welcome team will meet you at the door. Kids check-in is just inside. Coffee at Springs Cafe is always on.

Worship

Genuine worship, verse-by-verse teaching, and a community that shows up for each other. About 75 minutes start to finish.

Connect

Stick around after the service. Stop by the New Here desk to pick up your Welcome Package and a free Springs Cafe coupon.

What you might be wondering.

What's the parking situation? +

Plenty of parking every Sunday, including accessible spots out front. If the lot fills up, the Co-op across the street lets us use theirs. Friendly Parking Team members will wave you in.

What do I wear? +

Whatever you are comfortable in. Seriously, shorts to suits, all are welcome.

What kind of service is it? +

A typical Calvary Chapel service. Music is contemporary, from upbeat anthems to reflective ballads to modernised hymns. Teaching is expositional, verse-by-verse through books of the Bible. Service runs about 75 minutes.

What about my kids? +

We have a fully-staffed Children’s Ministry from infants through grade 7 (Calgary) or grade 6 (Cochrane). Our check-in system ensures every child is accounted for and only released to the person who brought them.

Will I be put on the spot? +

Never. We are not going to ask you to stand up, raise your hand, or do anything that makes you uncomfortable. Just come and check it out.

Do I need to sign up before I come? +

Nope. Just show up. If you fill out the Save a Seat form below we will have someone watching for you, but it is not required.

What does Calvary Chapel mean? +

Calvary Chapel is a movement of churches started in Costa Mesa, California in the 1960s, known for verse-by-verse Bible teaching, contemporary worship, and reaching people who feel like outsiders. Mountain Springs is part of that family.
