As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. — 1 Peter 4:10-11, NKJV
What is Serve Team?
The Serve Team is the heartbeat of practical ministry at our church. This dedicated group of volunteers works behind the scenes and on the front lines, ensuring every service and event runs smoothly. From setting up and tearing down spaces to welcoming guests as Ushers, Greeters, and Parking Attendants, the Serve Team creates an environment where people can feel at home and ready to experience God’s presence.
With servant hearts and joyful spirits, our team embodies 1 Peter 4:10-11: using their gifts to serve others, relying on God’s strength, and doing everything for His glory. Whether it’s helping someone find a seat, offering a friendly smile at the door, or ensuring the church is set up and ready to go, every act of service matters—and it all points people to Jesus.
If you’re passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and serving others, we’d love to have you join us!

How Can I Join Serve Team?
At Mountain Springs, we believe in what we call “sit and soak.” This simply means that your presence here isn’t about what you can do for us—it’s about you being part of our family. If you’re new, we encourage you to take 3-6 months to simply enjoy our services, ministries, and community. Let us serve you first!
Once you’ve had time to get to know us and feel at home, if you’re still excited to join the Serve Team, we’d love to connect with you. Just fill out the form below, and someone from our team will reach out to help you get started.
Also, don’t forget that Discover is a prerequisite for any volunteer role at Mountain Springs—and trust us, it’s a blast! If you haven’t attended one yet, be sure to sign up for the next class.
