The Serve Team is the heartbeat of practical ministry at Mountain Springs. This dedicated group works behind the scenes and on the front lines, ensuring every service runs smoothly. From setting up and tearing down spaces to welcoming guests as Ushers, Greeters, and Parking Attendants, the Serve Team creates an environment where people can feel at home and ready to encounter God.
With servant hearts and joyful spirits, our team embodies 1 Peter 4:10-11: using their gifts to serve others, relying on God’s strength, and doing everything for His glory. Whether it is helping someone find a seat, offering a friendly smile at the door, or making sure the church is set up and ready, every act of service matters.
What to Expect

Greeters
First impressions matter. The smiling face at the door who makes a stranger feel known.
Ushers
Helping people find seats, handing out programs, taking up the offering.
Parking Team
The vest-wearing team waving people in, the visible welcome before anyone reaches the door.
Springs Cafe
Pulling espresso shots, baking treats, running the cafe before and after services.
